I didn’t plan to become an Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) practitioner.
I simply became a mother — and somewhere in that tender, disorienting chapter, I lost touch with parts of myself. I knew I wanted support, but at that time, I was drawn to something that felt more intuitive and embodied — a space that helped me connect with what I was feeling rather than just talk about it. That’s when I heard about EFT. From the very first session, I experienced a release I didn’t even know I was craving — a memory surfaced, an emotion I hadn’t processed found its way out. It was gentle, profound, and quietly life-changing.
I realized how many of us carry stories, beliefs, and emotions we’ve never truly allowed ourselves to feel. EFT helped me see my own limiting beliefs and meet them with compassion. I felt freer — and I wanted to help others find that same freedom.
Beyond my practice
When I’m not holding space for others, you’ll find me moving — swimming in the ocean, playing tennis, or climbing near waterfalls. The wild places remind me what freedom feels like: expansive, alive, uncontained.
I love being with my family, nurturing my children, and learning alongside them. Life — like healing — is an ever-evolving adventure.
And when it all gets a bit much? You’ll find me doing one of my favourite forms of restoration — sleeping for a glorious 12 hours straight. Because rest is sacred, and I love my sleep as much as I love movement. 🌙
